Frozen logistics had fifty years to get good. Live logistics is still done the way it was done in the 1980s — in separate buildings, by hand, from memory. Rather than inherit that, we started over.

Every move between facilities is a temperature shock and an oxygen drop. Losses run to 15%.

When custody changes, the data stops. A buyer's claim then has nothing to argue with.

Nothing here is exotic. These functions have been put in one building and given a shared record, and we were the first to do it.
